Cody Jelinek – Director of Operations

Cody Jelinek serves as Director of Operations at Windward, where he leads talent acquisition and resource management with a focus of ensuring Windward brings in and supports the right people to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. With extensive experience in executive search and technical recruiting, Cody brings a strategic, people‑first approach to aligning talent with business objectives. He partners closely with leadership to ensure Windward attracts, develops, and retains the right expertise to deliver consistent value to clients. Known for his clarity, accountability, and commitment to strong team culture, Cody plays a key role in shaping an environment where professionals can grow, lead, and do meaningful work.
Gail Brown  – HR Administrator/FSO
 
Gail Brown serves as an HR Administrator and Facility Security Officer (FSO), bringing a strong blend of human resources expertise and security oversight to Windward. In her role, Gail supports the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, timekeeping, and day‑to‑day HR operations, while also ensuring compliance with personnel security requirements. Known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to supporting both employees and leadership, Gail plays a key role in maintaining a secure, compliant, and people‑focused workplace.
Mark Malone – Lead Technical Recruiter 
  
Mark Malone is a Lead Technical and Executive Recruiter who is passionate about connecting people with opportunities where they can do their best work and make a meaningful impact. Throughout his career, Mark has partnered closely with leaders and candidates alike, taking the time to understand not just roles and requirements, but motivations, goals, and long‑term success. With deep experience in full‑cycle recruiting across technical and executive positions, he is known for building trusted relationships, guiding candidates through pivotal career moments, and helping organizations grow through thoughtful, human‑centered hiring. For Mark, recruiting is not just about filling roles—it’s about building teams that drive innovation, purpose, and lasting success.
