How It Works:

  1. Know Someone in your network who’s a fit 
    Think about your network: former coworkers, classmates, or professionals you’ve worked with who would excel in a Windward role.  
  2. Submit a Referral 
    Complete the referral submission form with the candidate’s contact info and resume. Be sure to tell us how you know them and why you think they’d be a great addition. Send submissions to cody.jelinek@windward and mark.malone@windward.  
  3. We Review and Reach Out 
    Our talent team will connect with the candidate to discuss open roles and next steps.  
  4. Reward If They’re Hired 
    If your referral is hired and successfully onboarded, you’ll receive a referral bonus as a thank-you for helping us bring great talent into the organization.  

Program Details

  • Referrals are welcome for any open Windward role — from consulting to delivery, engineering to operations.  
  • Eligible referrals must be submitted before the candidate applies directly.  
  • Referral bonus awards are paid once the referred candidate begins employment and completes a required qualification period.
